Sara DuMond, MD, FAAP

Sara DuMond is a board-certified pediatrician. A 2000 Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of West Virginia University Medical School, she completed her residency in Pediatrics at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte in 2003. She practiced general pediatrics at a private group practice in the Lake Norman area for seven years, before opening Pediatric Housecalls in 2011. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the NC Medical Society. She has served on the Advisory Board for American Baby Magazine, WebMD, and Little Ones Magazine, and has been a contributing expert on Kidshealth.org. She is married, has 3 children, and she hates when they get sick, too! She is an avid runner and loves traveling and cooking.

Savannah Lape

Savannah Lape is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practioner. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at East Tennessee State University in 2010. After working in the neonatal intensive care unit for several years, she attended University of South Alabama where she graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing in 2015 and received her Pediatric Nurse Practiioner certificate. As a mother of two, she understands the challenges of trying to get sick kids seen and is excited to provide this at-home service to the Huntesville and Davidson communities. Savannah is marred and loves to travel with her family, bake, and curl up with a good book and cup of coffee.

Camille Glidden, PNP

Camille Glidden is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate work in nursing at Kent State University in 1999. After working postpartum and pediatrics for nine years, she returned to Kent State to pursue her Master’s of Science in Nursing, graduating in 2008. Camille has always loved children and is excited about providing at-home services to the families of the Lake Norman area. She is married with 2 children. In her spare time, Camille enjoys camping with her family and teaching exercise classes near her home in Denver, NC.

Melissa Jesse, PNP

Melissa Jesse is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with over 17 years of experience in the field.  She initially completed her BSN at the University of Florida.  After working in the pediatric intensive care unit, she returned to the University of Florida where she graduated with her MSN in 2004 and received her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification. Since then she has worked both in outpatient and inpatient pediatrics. Melissa is married with 2 children. She dances with a Charlotte based contemporary dance company and enjoys spending time exercising, hiking, and camping with her family.

Elizabeth Clarke

Elizabeth Clarke is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. A native of Boston, MA, Elizabeth tired of the cold and snowy winters and moved to Coral Gables, FL in order to complete her undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of Miami. After working for several years in the UHealth and Jackson Memorial Medical systems in the cardiac and ER units, Elizabeth returned to the University of Miami to complete her Master of Science in Nursing. Since completing her MSN degree, Elizabeth has worked exclusively with children, providing primary care to pediatric populations. Elizabeth and her husband moved to Charlotte from Miami, FL in 2016. When not chasing after her one-year old twins, Elizabeth enjoys exploring all Charlotte has to offer with her family.

Ryan O’Leary, MD, FAAP

Ryan O’Leary is a board-certified pediatrician. After finishing medical school at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, she completed her residency in Pediatrics at Primary Childrens Hospital in 2002. Dr. O’Leary attained her board certification in Pediatrics later that year and joined a private practice soon thereafter focusing on general pediatrics in the Lake Norman area. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married with 3 children and enjoys reading, exercising, and being with her family.

Michelle Mroz

Michelle Mroz is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. After completing her undergraduate study at Ferris State University with a BS in Exercise Science she decided to pursue her education and obtained a BS in Nursing. After working in the emergency room for 15 years she continued her education and obtained her Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2017. She is a mother of two who enjoys boating, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Carissa Howle, NP

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Carissa Howle is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. After earning her Bachelor of science in nursing in 2005, she moved to Charleston, SC to pursue her Masters of Science in Nursing. She completed her MSN for Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2007. Carissa has specialized in the care of children with ENT conditions both inpatient and outpatient for the past 11 years at the Medical University of South Carolina. Recently her family relocated to Davidson, NC where she spends her free time chasing after her two young boys. She also enjoys running outside, exploring Charlotte and traveling with her family.

Jacqueline Sosa

Board-certified Pediatrician

Jacqueline Sosa is a board-certified pediatrician. She attended Northeast Ohio Medical University, and then completed an internship in family medicine at Carolinas Medical Center in 2009. She realized her true passion was with children! She went on to complete a pediatric residency at Texas Tech Health Science Center, and served as Academic Chief Resident in 2012. She had a busy private practice in Texas before having the opportunity to move back to Charlotte in 2019. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Michelle Brody

Board-certified Pediatrician

Dr. Michelle is a board-certified pediatrician with over 20 years of experience, she is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her Pediatric Residency was completed with the Jefferson Medical College/DuPont Hospital for Children’s residency program, followed by a year as co-chief resident. She practiced in a small group practice in Gettysburg, PA before taking a position as an office-based pediatrician in the Lake Norman area, where — as many of you know — she has been a beloved fixture in the Charlotte pediatrics community for over 20 years. Dr. Brody is married with two daughters and several pets. She loves boxing, working out, walking her dogs, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her family
