This service is amazing and i love that you cover up to age 20 for college students who have needs. You should look at areas near college campuses as campus health centers take days to see students. My daughter is in Boone. Big need there! Your scheduler is extremely responsive which lets you plan and go about your day.

Two additional convenient benefits of Pediatric Housecalls are:
1) Many parents can't get out of their homes due to the new "remote" work day (on calls all day). This allows child to be seen without having to take PTO time off to take a child to the doctor.
2) No wait times in an office lobby. We've waited as long as 30 minutes to see regular doctor and as much as 1.5 hours to see an urgent care during flu season. Pediatric Housecalls is the best!

Exactly what we need in times like this…someone we trust with clear, up to date, TRUE, unbiased, apolitical, applicable information in real time by real people practicing medicine for the good of the community they raise their own families in.

This has been the most amazing service with the most caring staff. It is the same exact (or better) care vs a regular doctor office. Ins should continue to cover the fees so children aren't exposed to or spreading germs.

Leveraging Pediatric Housecall services allowed me the time and space to ask all of my questions. Honestly, that was extremely important to me as a parent. Having a sick child can impact your entire household and knowing what to expect and how to care for your child is priceless.

We LOVE Pediatric Housecalls! The practitioners are incredible - brilliant, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate. I have a child with a sensory processing disorder and being seen in the comfort of home, especially such wonderful doctors, made a potentially very stressful situation so much more manageable.

It is a wonderful service and I recommend you all of the time. The ability to schedule the appointment online outside of normal office hours and the ease of getting an appointment is such a huge help to me as a full-time working mother.

The doctors are so compassionate and professional and our child has always received excellent care. The convenience is what first drew us to the practice and the quality of care has been what has kept us using them. We have not needed to see our primary care doc in years, we have continued to get our well child care, flu shots etc through PHC.

My daughter has chronic pancreatitis, this was her first flare up and we had no idea what was going on with our seemingly healthy 2 year old. Dr. DuMond is the reason that we went to the hospital, and ultimately got her the necessary treatment she needed. Dr. DuMond also followed up with me several times after my daughter was admitted, and discharged. She provided us with amazing care!

I love Pediatric House Calls! I feel like I get better care because time is taken with my child and I never feel rushed. Easy to make appointments online - the entire process makes my life so much easier!

The Doctors at Pediatric Housecalls have been coming to my home for 4 years. When I became a single mom to a 3 year old and twin 1 year old boys going to the doctor seemed impossible to do alone. I am grateful for finding Pediatric Housecalls. I know that I can get an appointment within a day, if not the same day. During the appointment I have never felt rushed and my children receive thorough exams and I am give notes that provide me with diagnosis, test results (if done), medications and care instructions. I can also get in touch with my children’s provider, if needed.
